We believe that consumers have the right to expect the highest standards of thoroughness, fairness and effectiveness from their home inspector. All of our inspection reports must be authentic, confidential and stand up to critical examination. Each report covers nearly 400 items and is written clearly and professionally. Color photos are used to assist and clarify issues. Follow-up conversations occur after report presentation. Typically your report is delivered next day in a PDF file via e mail. Hard copies can be requested as well.
We also do testing for Water quality, Radon, Radon in water, Wood Destroying Inspects, Septic and Mold testing. These services are available with or without a home inspection.
We can also arrange Pool inspections, oil tank testing and water treatment inspections as well.
